Explore the journeys
These journeys are held with care for the people who join, the cohort that forms, and the places we enter.
This brief form helps us understand alignment — your context, your timing, and whether the rhythm and demands of a particular journey are a good fit. From there, we begin a conversation.
Participants engage with this journey as part of their professional or leadership development. Depending on role and context, participation can be expensed.
What to expect
Before beginning the conversation, please take a moment to review the physical and participatory nature of these journeys.
Physical engagement
Journeys involve multiple consecutive days of physical activity outdoors, including hiking on challenging terrain and operating in heat, humidity, cooler temperatures, and rain. Days may also include kayaking, rafting, and similar physically demanding pursuits. Participation is guided by conditions, safety, and individual comfort.
You do not need to be an endurance athlete. You should be in good general health and comfortable being active outdoors for several hours at a time in variable weather.
Presence and participation
This is not a passive experience. Participants are asked to engage fully — physically, attentively, and relationally — and to approach the journey with openness and care.
Group and place
Fit matters not only for you, but for the group dynamic and for the communities and ecosystems we visit.
Next steps
After you submit the form, we’ll reach out to schedule a short conversation to explore what’s brought you here, alignment, and which destination or seasonal window makes sense.

We review each submission thoughtfully.
We’ll be in touch shortly to schedule a conversation and explore alignment, timing, and destination. From there, we’ll determine together whether a particular journey is the right fit.
Each cohort is formed through alignment.
